OKR Workshop

Write goals your team can actually measure

A guided workshop in six short steps. Your team learns what makes a good objective, writes its own, gets direct feedback from an AI reviewer, and ends with a clean page of goals and key results to share with your manager. No account, no setup, about an hour of your time.

How it works

  1. Learn the method: what objectives and key results are, with concrete examples of good and bad ones.
  2. Write your own: 2 to 4 goals, each with measurable key results. Everything saves as you type.
  3. Get feedback: an AI reviewer flags what is vague and suggests sharper wording. You decide what to apply.
  4. Share the result: one link, readable by anyone you send it to, no login needed.

Start with your team

Creating a workspace takes a few seconds. You will get a private link and an access code to come back later.

Your workspace is ready

Save the link and the code somewhere your team can find them. The code is the only way back in: there is no email recovery. Anyone who has both can edit your work, so share them only with your team.
